Needed to hire a bartender for my mom's 50th birthday party and decided to go with Wait Staff Solutions and am highly satisfied. Bartender showed up to a very chaotic venue as we were still trying to get set up and put out last minute fires and he came right in and just quietly organized the hot mess we had going on behind the bar and made it look great. Waitstaff Solutions was hired for my event and did an exceptional job! The staff was clean and neat looking. Very friendly and professional staff. DeAna and her team are absolutely amazing! We used them for catering and bartenders for our wedding of ~100 people and they were top notch!  They took care of everything from tending our bar and getting it prepped; to arranging food platters for cocktail hour, to setting up our buffet for dinner.  They served our cake and also took care of putting up any extra food we had! DeAna herself came up to us multiple times to make sure me and my husband had everything we needed and made sure we ate! I have nothing but gratitude and appreciation for her and her entire staff! They are absolutely amazing and I highly recommend them for any event, small or large! Deana and her team were great to work with over the weekend! I am a wedding planner and her team did a fantastic job making sure the buffet was stocked, tables were clear, the kitchen was cleaned & maintained and more! Her bartenders worked hard and handled the slight chaos of a shorter ceremony than anticipated very calmly and professionally.

I was also impressed with how communicative Deana was prior to the event. She even thought ahead to bring supplies that were essential - knives for cake & cutting board to cut fruit, trays & tray jacks, etc. Her and her team were also sure to work cleanly and sanitized regularly.

I’ve worked for Waitstaff Solutions for many years & it has been a great learning experience!

Based on the event /client(s) it can be very challenging at times but most of the time it is very enjoyable working with clients whom we build great relationships with & are enjoyable to work with. Those that are evenly yolked with respect of who you are & what we do. I am very grateful to work for a Caring + Professional business. Especially because we do Not discriminate any clients we work with. Regardless of nationality/cultural background , religion && we support LGBTQ-+. Despite the many challenges we face we Always manage to get the job done & strive to do so correctly (at least in My experience with WSS). We make each & every clients Needs (as well as their guests needs) Top Priority to enjoy themselves the best way possible. It does requires teamwork from both the staff & clients together to make that happen.

Granted I accept & I am aware that sometimes I just can’t make Everyone happy && there are some who can be very difficult to please or lack a positive awareness /environments .. the goal is to find Solutions no matter what we face + we ensure to create memorable / enjoyable experiences for everyone involved. I believe in treating others with mutual equal respect.
